The Poloxamer based solution, an isotonic surfactant, non-cytotoxic, disintegrates necrotic tissue, slough, fibrin, biofilm. The solution can be used directly on the wound or associated with a sterile dry gauze.
The device does not damage the new granulation tissues and does not cause bleeding. It is recommended to be used at each dressing change.
